  March 14, 2019 - Pale ruby in colour showing cherry and plum notes under a core of sweet spices. Keeps changing in the glass revealing a medley of red and black forest berries and loads of cinnamon. Saline and mineral in character with grainy yet well-extracted tannins. Layered, very expressive and long-lasting.
