  June 4, 2019 - Last of 6. This has improved over time. Really good balance and complexity. Color was still fresh, no darkening or signs of age. Citrus and melon on the nose. Palate still had good fruit, minerality, some spice. Long finish. I’d call it a good, mature Chablis, but I would guess it has significantly more life left.
