  June 5, 2019 - Certainly the bottle age has helped. There is a menthol note on the nose that mixes with the red and black fruit. In the mouth, a saline note mixes with the fruit and that lifting herbal note. The finish still is a bit tannic and woody, so think there is no hurry.
