  May 11, 2019 - “Ten Years After” 2009 Dry Riesling Tasting (Private Location): Still on the young side, this specific bottle of the 2009 Halenberg shows a lot of spontaneous yeast components in the beginning which turn into a lovely perfume of yellow and a bit of green (but not in bad way) fruit, for me this is very typical Halenberg. Round and totally in balance on the palate. Missing a bit the last acid kick but nevertheless a very, very good Halenberg. 09 is often considered as on of the best vintages of this flagship from the Nahe.
