    Manual harvest; primary and malolactic fermentation in tank (no new oak) with indigenous yeasts.
    Aged 18 months on lees in tanks and/or neutral oak.

    A(ccuracy)=2: Bright light lemon/gold. Nicely yeasty varietal.
    B(alance)=3: Distinctive components with firm acid structure.
    C(omplexity)=2: Peach, apple, citrus, mineral.
