  June 16, 2019 - I drank this bottle over two days and it was a very interesting bottle to watch. One day one the wine was more acid driven with savory, herbal and bitter melon notes. The vintage character was at the forefront and less of typical style of this bottling, that I am used to. On day two it was fat and rich making me think of Chardonnay from the region, rather than Pinot Bianco. But, with air the wine gained nuance and interest. Still was rich, but added depth and highlights of freshness that made me happy. I will be interested to see what my next bottle is like.
