  May 11, 2019 - “Ten Years After” 2009 Dry Riesling Tasting (Private Location): Hard stand after the Unendlich which was so totally different. Much more my style. Very precise with a super sharp (for some people surely too sharp) acidity. Nearly totally on the white fruit & flower flavor profile side. Bone and I really mean bone dry. A kind of minimalistic wine in a certain sense. Long finish. Can age for another ten years.
