  June 20, 2019 - I still find this wine is delicious. It is incredubly fragrant to the nose with it bready yeasty nose. It's pale yellow color is host to tiny bubbles - still not so many but very apparent on the palate. The wine is fruity and toasty and the finish is long and changing. I find this a very special sparkler and perfect for a special occassion with food or just to sip.
