  June 21, 2019 - Forceful slightly maderized bouquet of fino sherry, sea spray, and petrol, with a touch of caramel and a sharply acidic edge, later reveals a subtle pear-like undertone with a subtle, lilting florality that begins with a whisper but gradually increases in volume; eventually softening slightly, becoming more caressing. Slightly nutty flavor, a bit reminiscent of a light-bodied dry sherry, but fresher, livelier, more (extremely) acidic. Very penetrating acidic remains.
