June 24, 2019 - Smells a bit like almonds, American oak, and acetone. Palate is focused, impeccably balanced, vibrant acid, no acetone, distinct Longan / lychee, simultaneously light as a feather and richly textured, with lots of balance. What’s striking is that this has been open in the fridge (1 glass poured out) for a week.
