  July 4, 2019 - This started off rather plainly -- a bit of oak, and not overly complex or interesting. After about two hours though this really started to open up, everything starting to fall into place to make a very nice balanced chardonnay. I would wait at least another 1-2 years to try this again -- I think there is still some upside to come.
