  July 4, 2019 - Opened and the bouquet was very jammy. Taste was very dry! Total disconnect. Would it open up to be so fruity to be undrinkable or open up and and be deep. Wasn't sure at first. Suspense. Over 3 hours later. Wet forrest floor. Dark cherries. Great food wine. Brooding in a good way. Wet leather. Cedar. Rosemary. A hint of apricots. Juicy but not too ripe boysenberries. Will only get better over the next 5 years.
