  July 6, 2019 - Slightly cloudy straw color. Nose is bright and lean, green citrus, green apple, wet wood, a little spritzy, touch of creaminess. Palate is juicy on the front but transitions to quite bitter, green, and austere in the mid-palate and beyond, where it softens slightly into raw almond. A little softer with air. Bone dry. Interesting, if a little difficult to drink by itself. 12.2%, $30.
