  July 7, 2019 - Decanted for 30 minutes before serving. On the nose, elegant and balanced. Smooth and velvety palate, yet with its fine peppery notes, this is still unmistakably a Spanish wine. A fantastic wine. Still, I wish there was a broader, more complex taste profile. In its quest for elegance, the taste becomes somewhat subdued and muted. 94-95 points.
