  July 13, 2019 - Initially, we thought the wine might have bottle shock. So, we waited a couple of weeks to try the second bottle. Nope, the wine failed both tests for us. It is neither a good quaffing nor a good food wine. Decidedly “skunky” with another odd overtone that we could not identify. Supposedly a premium Pinot. For us a generous 85 points, though we would not purchase the wine again at any price. A rare disappointment from LB.
