  July 14, 2019 - Pours a bit syrupy! Rich golden colour. The most amazing bouquet of orchard fruit with peaches and pineapples. Honey. Flowers. Trees bending down to touch a fresh running stream in the sunshine, boughs laden with ripe apples and the leaves just taking on the first tints of autumn. Palate rich, very rich, such fruit. Amazing acids holding it all in check. So evocative, beautiful and breathtaking. At the end, just that bit too sweet to keep drinking the half bottle, but that's a notch below perfection only.
