July 14, 2019 - Red and melon fruit (strawberry and watermelon) up front moving quickly into a chalky, saline, vegetal core... a cliantro kind of soapiness?... good lift on the finish. Opened next to the Bedrock Ode To Lulu and most of us preferred the Californian (I was the lone dissenter, then again I love cilantro and chalky, saline wines)

7/15/19, 11:14 AM - Have you had previous vintages of this bottling, & if so, how would you compare it? (I'm a newby to this "icon" who's cellaring 2.) [BTW, I've had 2 different vintages of the Lulu, which I certainly found more food friendly than the majority of Rosés.]
