  July 20, 2019 - The nose is fairly muted but with hints of tart green apples.
  
  On the palate the minerality and acidity slightly exceed the green apple fruit, so the balance isn't quite perfect. The finish is moderate, with acidity and minerality.
  
  But it's still a decent aperitif wine, or with simple canapés.
