  August 19, 2008 - Bottle was drunk at Goto (a wonderful Japanese rstaurant opened by Chef Goto who used to cook for ambassador Kojima till he eas posted to Australia last Sept.). The cork was soft and broke. We had to pushed it in and decanted the botte though a sieve ! It held up well. Bouquest was lovely. Opening up in the glass to a wonderful aroma of dark cherries, a hint of soy, candied red fruits. On the plate it had good balance of acids and fruits.
