  July 20, 2019 - Decanted for an hour. Is this infanticide? Yes. Is this glorious? Undoubtedly...YES! The palate cascades with warm, stunning fruit and a wide, long finish. More forward than the ‘16, yet less concentrated than the ‘15, this is polished and still has a full body. The nuances are quite primary, being black raspberry, green tobacco leaf, sun-drenched earth, mineral, anise and ripe pomegranate. This will age quite gracefully and should not be touched for another three years at a minimum. The higher percentage of Mourvèdre presents a little different character that needs some time in the cellar. Drink 2023 - 2038.
