  July 20, 2019 - Aromas of brioche, marzipan, almonds with a gorgeous autolytic bready nose. On the palate, tight bubbles, with green apple, candied ginger, marcona almonds and citrus notes. Long finish. This is a wine that will age gracefully for 15-20 years, taking on more oxidative qualities and becoming rounder but retaining the freshness from the crisp acidity.
