  July 21, 2019 - Interesting contrast with the Meursault - starting with the colour : pale to medium straw. Nose shows more oak and stone. Palate is well textured and mineral. Beautiful.

  7/24/19, 12:21 PM - It was already open as it was served by the glass at the restaurant (Cabotte, in London). If I were opening it myself, I would do it 2 hours before serving
