  July 23, 2019 - Well, we tried a second bottle, and this one was fine after a 3-hour decant, resembling the Priorat that others have described here (flavors and aromas of tobacco, leather, plum, black cherry, tangy grape, and oak spice, with a delicate floral grace note), so I guess Fingers was right....our first bottle must have been an off bottle. Judging by this one, the wine is just entering its drinking window, and has some years to run yet....so, it's good now, but there is no hurry to drink.
  
  Edit: Oh yeah, there is a lot of sediment.....
