  July 26, 2019 - We have had the Chateau Beaumont in the cellar since release. This is a fairly big wine with some sediment and a lot of tannin, even after 19 years. It took about 30 minutes in the glass for the fruit to show. Chocolate flavor dominates at first, then tobacco and dark raspberry. Went great with steak, garden tomato salad and garlic small Yukon potatoes. We decided this one needs to go back to sleep for another 5 to 10 years to increase its accessibility.
