  July 26, 2019 - This time a fresher bottle then 3 months ago (from same batch). This one is spot on with proper disposition given its age.c and continues to evolve with air. tasted over two nights and better on day two as the wine got Fresher and more focused. Lemon drops accompanied by nice briny back end notes are the dominant flavors with some exotic tropical yellow fruits as secondary with a whiff of almond. While at it's youth this struck me as modern style but with age the wine evolved in a very classic Chablis style -i was very happy with this bottle.
