  July 28, 2019 - This is drinking perfectly right now. The nose has a bit of age to it but the palate is still fresh as a daisy though more spice, and earthiness than fruit. The acidity, despite the vintage, is ample but not overly high. Fantastic accompaniment to a many-course tasting menu.
