  August 2, 2019 - Reminder to myself: “Yes, Carlisle Zins are great right out of the gate, but the Rhone reds need time Dale!” So true here as well. Varietally correct notes of dark cherry wrapped in tree bark, a little wood polish, and a snappy, spicy finish. Its all there, just have patience. 2 to 3 points in 5 to 10 years.
