  August 2, 2019 - Pop and pour, consumed over 2 hours. Nose; Medium-plus expressiveness, lemon curd, baked bread, saline, and wet stone. Palate: Medium-bodied, sweet citrus fruit attack, wonderful creamy mouth-feel, great mid-palate lift, sweet citrus is balanced by high acidity and minerals with a tasty licorice note in the back-end. Finish: Medium-plus length dominated by tropical citrus and minerals. Outstanding!
