August 3, 2019 - Pale yellow, greenish tinge. Nose: at first, quite a bit of oak - neither shocking or inelegant - then some roasted hazelnut, toast, mineral and saline notes. Very clean and nervous but with lots of depth as always with PYCM. Long finish.
