  August 4, 2019 - Light strawberries on the nose, some flinty metal. Some paprika or cayenne. Palate is tart with tons of saline minerality. Light berries and a bit of sherry. Unique. Nose - 4.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 4.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15/20.
