  August 7, 2019 - The wine was ruby with a clear edge. Legs were thin and somewhat slow, with no sediment at all. Aromas included raspberry, black pepper, oak, and leather, with a hint of cherry. The wine was silky, body was medium+, and there was just enough acidity for a slight bite. Flavours included cherry, oak, and black pepper. There was a bit of astringency. I think this wine is drinking well right now. Certainly one I would buy again and good QPR at $27 CAD.
