  August 10, 2019 - Upon opening there was some white sugar-like sediment in the first two glasses - possibly from the cork. The wine was fine if maybe a tad effervescent. Day 2 was a charm. Almost chewy and smooth. 88 on day 1 + 90 on day 2 = 89.
