  August 15, 2019 - Palomino not fortified from the area of Sanlúcar, of the Miraflores La Baja plot, near the Atlantic but also near to the marshes. Fermented in sherry casks with wild yeasts. Aged under under "velor flor" in casks and in stainless steel vats.
  Old gold color. Expressive nose, with notes of toasted cereal, infusion herbs, white fruit (especially apple) ... In the mouth it has a creamy mouthfeel, dry, nice acidity, with quite a lot freshness, long and well profiled.

  Palomino sin fortificar de la zona de Sanlúcar, del Pago Miraflores La Baja, próximo al Atlántico pero tambien a las marismas. Fermentado en botas y con levaduras autóctonas. Crianza bajo velo flor, en botas y en depósitos.
  Color oro viejo. Nariz expresiva, con notas de cereal tostado, hierbas de infusión, fruta blanca (sobre todo manzana)... En boca tiene buen ataque, paso cremoso, seco, afilado, con bastante frescura, largo y bien perfilado.
