  August 15, 2019 - Drank too soon. Needs more time. I suspect it will be very good in years to come. Nice nose of chocolate covered cherries, a touch of sweet tobacco. Palate is restrained. Hints of rhubarb, a little black cherry, and, surprisingly, a touch roasted meats.
