  August 15, 2019 - Interesting, drank over two nights, with just a cork in it sitting on a shelf in the cellar in between. First night it felt very primary and still tannic and tart. Second night it had really blossomed into a sassy rich wine, soft mouthfeel with juicy acidity. Based on that, I’d say this has years ahead of it and will stick my 4 remainers back in the stack of longer term storage for another few years.
