  August 17, 2019 - Popped and poured at cellar temp and drank in a group before this wine had a chance to open up. Mea Culpa Tendencies were all good and agree that this is a true food wine. Beef blood was pronounced, at my limit of comfort. Fruit muted with good minerality. greater care next time and expect rating to bump up a point or 2
