  August 17, 2019 - Relentless intensity and energy. Upon opening, tasted close to a wild barrel sample, with so much raw vibrancy. Calmed down a bit over several hours of breathing, but remained exceptionally energetic, with excellent acidity, minerality, notes of white peach, white pepper, some smoke, and grapefruit.
