  August 17, 2019 - Let's say I admire this wine rather than really liking it. Maybe it needs a few more years to meld together, and it was served too cold, but even when it had opened and blossomed at closer to room temperature it was still missing something.
  
  As the price of French WBs have gone into the stratosphere, I guess this is a good value, but I think she is trying too hard with this blended approach.
  
  While I enjoyed it I would much rather drink a Kabinett from a good producer and or something in a Trocken style.
