August 18, 2019 - Maybe another couple of years will do the trick, right now it wasn't showing as great as I would have hoped. Some almond milk soap on the nose, good body, some interesting mineral notes and luxurious soft attack on the palate, while still managing to be more elegant than many other white northern rhone wines these days and with more than decent freshness.

But the finish is dominated by a bitter note. It was drinking much better at room temperature, which brought up the score for me.

Even at cellar temperature (i.e. a couple of degrees warmer than chilled) it was too bitter and felt not completely together. I am guessing they picked a little too early?
