  August 20, 2019 - Caros wine tasting (one glass). Big, tannic, robust and heavy. Bit of a blockbuster, all earth and tannin. Way too early to be assessing, but hints at being special.

  8/20/19, 7:17 PM - This wine is going to need a ton of time, IMO. Wayyyyy to early. Some '16 BDX like Labegorce can be drunk early. This is NOT one of those.

  8/21/19, 5:27 AM - Yes, Dom Chev has come on as of late. I used to only like their white but the red is now quite good as well.
