  August 23, 2019 - Stood for several days at cellar temp, opened with tongs, poured clear. Decanted 3-4 hours.
  
  My first bottle of two and first experience with this wine. Was a bit alcoholic on the nose and hot on the palate which distracted from what would have otherwise been a delicate nose of medium(+) complexity. Paired with dark chocolate tart.
