  August 25, 2019 - Brilliant, young and rather pale lemon yellow. A monstrously clear and distinct nose of various dried herbs (e.g. lemon balm, lemon thyme and mint) combined with fine hints of citrus notes and calcareous minerality. On the palate with incredible precession, depth and clarity. Beautiful complex and pure aromas of dried herbs, white stone fruit and a deep minerality, delicate saltiness. An exciting, precise and perfectly balanced masterpiece.
