  August 25, 2019 - Consumed over ~2 hours at cool room temp. Ripe grapefruit is prominent, with maybe a hint of white peach. Good acidity and a sense of creaminess on the palate - seems like it could be barrel influence. Overall, pleasant and decently balanced but short on complexity. I think this has lost a step since we picked this up in January, so I'd recommend drinking soon.
