  August 31, 2019 - The 2015 Orwin Swift Papillon is one of the highlights of the Orwin Swift tasting, also one of the premium bottles retail at £60 a bottle. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon driven Bordeaux blend. It is classic in style with charming merlot fragrant, lush black berry, cassis, cedar, dark cherry and tobacco. The most elegant red of the flight with good complexity. Full bodied and high alcohol at 15.5%. Tannic grip and tight on the palate, it needs more time to resolve.
