  August 31, 2019 - This was hands down the best Silvaner I´ve ever tried, very complex nose, ripe fruit (apple, pear), herbal, anis, hazelnut, hints of petrol... one of those wines where you get something different each time you smell it. Good acidity and medium +body, great long finish as well. Excellent.
