August 31, 2019 - Growing up nicely. Still funky and dirty with notes of farm yard lurking in the background but not as feisty as in its youth. Lovely generous nose of dark cherries, dried herbs, blackberry, dark tea and spice. Still lots of life left with prominent and energetic acidity but clearly smoother than last tasting. Really a great effort and I would love to have more of this in the cellar. Drinks superbly the coming years.
