  September 1, 2019 - Coravin tasting. Nice fresh, floral, red fruit nose. Some hints of maturity with sous bois but still very fresh for 13 years old. Tight on the palate, lots of tannin on the mid palate and finish. Needs food. Very dry finish.
  This is really good. Lots of dried flowers now, some strawberry, a little rust. Reminds me a little of some very good village Gevreys.
