  September 2, 2019 - This is really rather nice!
  
  Disgorged 5/5/2017 70%Pinot Noir, 10% each of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc. 4g/l dosage (which the producer could, if they wished, call "extra brut", but they choose not to it seems)
  
  The colour is medium straw; the mousse is fine, but quite short-lived. On the nose there is a fresh yeastiness. On the palate brioche, a little spice, dry fruitiness, complexity, and just a touch of acidity. The finish is moderately long and refreshing.
  
  It's very approachable, but benefits from a few minutes air. This is definitely a repeat buy at US$35.
