  September 3, 2019 - Popped and poured. Total mistake to try and drink on a pop and pour but the circumstance dictated it. So tight and painfully young for the first 45 minutes. Finally started to give up some goodies at about the hour mark like blackberry and other dark fruit. Possessing faint hints of the typical En Chamberlin wildness that I adore. Let sit another 2-3 years. 92+pts
