  September 4, 2019 - 1 hour upon opening into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Medium golden with copperish hues to the eyes.
  
  Mature orchard and citrus fruits, good spectrum of fruits indeed. Some yeast too. Very nice and rich.
  
  Petillance started to dissipate but great concentration and balance.
  
  93 points at least.
